Becoming a Guardian
SquareOne uses an invitation-based staff recruitment system.
Any staff may nominate a player who consistently demonstrates the qualities we value as a member of the team.
Nominations with an amount of approval support will be issued an invitation.
There is no expectation; Players are free to accept, decline, or take time to consider it.
